Open letter from Eugen Brikcius to lawyer Ortová

J. Ortová (to the witness A. Šmídová): You took part in the first happening that the defendant Eugen Brikcius organised in Hlávka College. When you and the others climbed into the room on all fours, did it have an aesthetic effect on you?
A. Šmídová: Yes.
J. Orta: When the defendant chased you around the room and stepped on the feet of the others, did that have an aesthetic effect on you?
A. Šmídová: Yes.
J. Ortová: When the defendant grabbed you and carried you on his back like a sack of cement, did that have an aesthetic effect on you?
A. Šmídová: Yes.
J. Ortová (to an audience member): What are you writing down? Are you from some editorial office? Sit over there on the other side! (noise)
J. Ortová (again to the witness A. Šmídová): When you then turned out the lights and threw rice at the others, were you affected aesthetically?
A. Šmídová: Yes.
J. Ortová: You are a children's nurse. What would you do if children started throwing food at each other in your hospital?
A. Šmídová: I would explain to them that it is better to eat food than to throw it. But it can't happen to me. I'm with infants. (laughs)
J. Ortová (to those present). If this demonstration is repeated again, I will have the courtroom cleared. There is no happening here!
